We proudly offer FREE SHIPPING of our ovens (within the continental US*) to commercial addresses ONLY. If you are residential, there is a $95 residential/liftgate charge. It does not matter if you have a 'registered' business at a residential address, there is still the charge as the freight companies charge us up to $120 more if it is a residential address. The shipping is curbside.  This means the freight company will arrive at your home and lower the oven with their liftgate and pallet jack and deliver to your driveway. SOMETIMES you can get them to roll it to your garage or a convenient location but understand the service is curbside only.  It is due to their legal and insurance waivers that restrict them from delivering it further.  In some areas there is a ‘white glove’ service you can pay (alot) additional for and you may enquire for that service if you choose.

If a freight company 'deems' a residential address as a REMOTE location there will be an added cost that will be charged at the time of delivery. This MAY occur on the delivery day.  Please make sure you are able to receive freight trucks to your address, as some freight trucks are too large and/or will not travel on some smaller roads for various reasons.

** There is an ADDED CHARGE when shipping to islands or where ferries are needed (ex: Nantucket, Staten Island, or designated remote locations etc.). There will be an additional shipping fee added at the time of shipping as well as the $95 residential liftgate fee.  Please call for a quote at 602-482-1000

Authentic Pizza Ovens is not responsible for delays due to weather, delivery carrier factors, holiday-related delays, and any other unforeseen factors.

We do our very best to give you the accurate shipping information, but please note that all delivery times are estimated and freight delays are out of our control. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. 

We ship daily Monday – Friday out of Houston, TX. Depending upon where you live you can get your ovens within approx. 2-10 days. You will receive an email with all the tracking information as well as care and installation instructions the day your oven is prepared to ship. 

Our ovens are shipped in a secure custom wooden crate that sits on a pallet, making them easy to move with a pallet jack. Most of our traditional oven crates measure 43″ x 43″ x 39″. Our modern/portable ovens (Maximus/Prime) ship in sturdy cartons/crates. There is NO assembly required with our ovens- just slide the door on the hinges, and the thermometer in the sleeve. Maximus/Primes come with chimney pipe and cap which just slips on. There is a simple curing process for both types of ovens and you’re ready to go!  See ABOUT MY OVEN for curing details.

 

Authentic Pizza Ovens are manufactured with steel eyelets in each corner which allow for easy hoisting. Once in place, the eyelets can be cut off after placement if desired. Please note: Crumbling around the base is NOT considered damage. The base is essentially protection for our ovens. This can be easily touched up with the Ultrafire that is included with the oven or in some cases a small supply of pre-made mortar.

There is no sales tax if shipping outside of Arizona; otherwise, it is 8.6%. If able, we will provide recommendations for installation but we are only able to offer curbside freight delivery. We use various freight trucking companies with a lift gate and will provide you with these details after purchase. Someone will need to be home to receive the shipment and you are responsible for making accommodations for the placement of your oven upon delivery.  It is important that you check your oven for any damages BEFORE your driver leaves and you sign for it. If you are unable to fully inspect the oven or in cases where the driver is unable to wait for you to inspect it, then you MUST make notes on the POD "There are potential damages" when you sign for it. It doesn't happen often however, on occasion, there may be concealed damages that occurred in transit. We carry insurance to freight the ovens but it must be notified BEFORE the driver leaves or noted on the POD. Otherwise, we will NOT be able to assist with your claim. We offer a 5-day grace period for any order discrepancies including missing items.

Transportation Insurance: 100% insured at no cost to the customer.

 

Shipping to Canada:

We have limited stock in Canada. If your item is in stock, the shipping is within Ontario with the $95 USD charge for residential delivery and no import duty. Call us for shipping quotes outside of Ontario and we will do our best to provide the most competitive quote possible. If your oven needs to be shipped from the US facility, shipping is free to the closest USA border. We will charge the difference from the US border to your designated address. The added charge is usually between $65-250 USD, but in remote areas could be more. Duty will be your responsibility, but we can help you arrange the import process if you need it.
